We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Addax. As a Sales Representative specializing in Logo and Web Design Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our design business. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, understand their design needs, and effectively communicate the value of our logo and web design services. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for design and sales, we'd love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from our logo and web design services.
  • Reach out to leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their design requirements and business objectives.
  • Present our portfolio of logo and web design projects, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
  • Articulate the unique value proposition of our services, addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling proposals and quotes for potential projects.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and project scopes with clients while maintaining a win-win approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and competitors' offerings.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on sales activities, pipelines, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a design or creative services environment.
  • Strong understanding of logo and web design concepts, with the ability to communicate design benefits effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage leads and opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure contracts.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, able to handle rejection and navigate challenges.
  • A background or understanding of design, branding, or marketing is a plus
