We are looking for an experienced and confident Business Development Manager to drive business growth and foster strong client relationships. This role involves meeting with clients at their premises, identifying new business opportunities, and working strategically to achieve company objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. 
  • Meetings & Presentations: Visit client sites to conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and pitch products or services. 
  • Market Research: Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer feedback. 
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to align client needs and deliverables. 
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and challenges. 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
  • Confidence in face-to-face meetings and client interactions. 
  • Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities effectively. 
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
