With a minimum of five years of experience in HR, this role involves implementing best practices for onboarding, conflict resolution, payroll processing, and utilizing employee engagement tools. The HR Generalist will be a key member of the HR department, contributing to the overall human resource strategy while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive necessary training and resources for successful integration.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication within the workplace.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to maintain and organize employee records, tracking performance and engagement metrics.
  • Implement and manage performance management frameworks that align with organizational goals and promote employee development.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment through employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of four HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
