Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Oversight:

Monitor the performance of sales representatives and ensure they keep their lead-tracking sheets updated.
Conduct regular follow-ups with sales staff to ensure leads are progressing effectively.

2. Client Communication Management:

Maintain and regularly update an Excel sheet tracking communication with all clients.

3. Project Coordination:

Liaise with the operations team for timely project deliveries and the creation of new samples.
Oversee ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.

4. Sales Strategy Implementation:

Set daily and weekly sales targets for the team, specifying architects or geographical areas for door-to-door visits.
Monitor target achievement and provide constructive feedback and guidance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in sales or operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in the Building Material industry
