The Personal Staff Officer plays a critical role in supporting the operational and administrative functions within Aims Contact Technologies Pvt Ltd. Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational tasks and ensure that all administrative functions are executed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for sensitive documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy access when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation, for staff members traveling to Islamabad, Lahore, and Faisalabad.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives, ensuring proper preparation and logistics.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all written materials.
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines, assisting in prioritization of tasks to facilitate timely completion.
  • Utilize time management skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by adjusting to changing priorities and handling unexpected challenges.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses, ensuring adherence to financial protocols.
