Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver new technology products by working directly with technology, business, and operations partners to define and write requirements.
  • Engage in end-user research, significant data analysis, requirements writing, and wireframe design of new products.
  • In-depth analysis of client requirements to identify functional needs and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify common sources of technical issues during delivery and integration and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Working closely with the development, testing, delivery and support teams to ensure that the requirements are interpreted and developed to meet the product acceptance criteria.
  • Analyzing and documenting the business model to create a complete picture of data flows of the requirements keeping a 360 view.
  • Innovating, designing and documenting operational processes, design options and recommendations for the life cycle of digital banking products.
  • Takes end-to-end ownership of the delivery of required scope and manages and collaborates with stakeholders to meet goal.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelors in Computer Science/ Engineering/Business Administration/MIS (other engineering disciplines are also acceptable if sufficient work experience can be demonstrated)

  • Ability to measure a given business problem in order to both quantify the issue and the benefits of the technology solution.
  • Command in the financial services domain covering Corporate/Retail Banking and other areas.
  • Continues to learn and evolve and stays abreast with the market trends in the fintech space.
  • Is able to adapt and blend with different cultures and individuals.

Experience

  • 3+ years of business analysis or technology product management .
  • Professional experience in consumer technology, banking, wealth management and/or top-tier consulting firm with a focus on digital strategy is a plus.
  • Experience with corporate software delivery methodologies including Agile International experience is a plus.
