Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator/Assistant Manager - Operations to oversee and optimize daily business operations. The ideal candidate will support the operations manager, ensure efficiency in processes, manage teams, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily operations and workflow to enhance efficiency.
Monitor and optimize operational processes for improved productivity.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Supervise and guide team members, ensuring performance targets are met.
Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain activities as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
Assist in budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on operational performance.
Handle client communications and resolve operational issues proactively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in operations, management, or a similar role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and process optimization is a plus.
