PKR. 25,000 - 80,000/Month
- Possess expert-level understanding of civil design and documentation TDR, RFI etc. including tower infrastructure, and expertise in implementing site civil works activities.
- Demonstrate expert-level project coordination with clients.
- Responsible for daily uploading of all civil works documents and photos, ensuring the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) on-site.
- Conduct daily site visits for ongoing civil works and record all details.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with key stakeholders to report project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks as necessary.
- Track project progress daily and perform site audits according to milestones defined in the project plan.
- Develop and implement SOPs and processes to complete the project plan.
- Exhibit a problem-solving attitude and solution-oriented approach to resolving issues.
- Ready to accept new challenges and additional tasks as required by management.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and HSC policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, regularly reviewing, updating, and communicating them.
- Telecom Civil work experience is preferred.
