Our Ideal Candidate:

Should bring 1 year of accounting experience with either tax exposure or strong international/domestic accounting backgrounds.
More than just a bookkeeper, you should have in-depth accounting knowledge, tax expertise, and the ability to understand complex financial statements.
Strong communication skills, both conversational and written, along with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and unwavering integrity in professional interactions, are essential.
You should be capable of working efficiently and independently.
Able to understand task given such as business development, tender/ bidding/ BOQ development etc

Your performance will be measured based on your engagement & results in training, estimated vs. actual time taken for tasks and accuracy of work, and your impact on company.

Skills & Qualifications

1 years of accounting or tax experience
Bachelor\\\\\\\'s or Master\\\\\\\'s degree in accounting i.e. BBA,BS Finance, M.Com /MBA (ACCA or CA certification preferred, or in progress)
Proficiency in accounting principles, problem solving
Ability to analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client service
Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a remote environment
Tech-savvy, especially with QuickBooks, and open to learning new cloud accounting tools
Commitment to integrity and ethical professionalism in all work interactions

Working Hours: 9PM- 6PPM Monday - Saturday
