Al Emad Car Rental, a leading name in the car rental industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent at our Karachi office. If you are passionate about the Sales sector and have a proven track record of success in the industry, we want to hear from you!

 Responsibilities:

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, actively listening to their requirements, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information to position our offerings effectively.
  • Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
  • Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
  • Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
  • Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
  • Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
  • Work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience.

 Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
  • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Minimum 02-05 Years Experience (Fluent in English & Sales experience is mandatory)
