Al Emad Car Rental, a leading name in the car rental industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Karachi office. Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls on time.
  • Follow communication “scripts”.
  • Enter new customer information into our system.
  • Provide customers with product and service information if required.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Follow the instructions of the Call Center Supervisor

 Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working in a Call Center Agent or Customer-support role
  • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Minimum 02-05 Years Experience (Fluent in English & Customer Services experience is mandatory)
