Sales Representative

Al Emad Car Rental, a leading name in the car rental industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Representative at our Karachi office. If you are passionate about the Sales sector and have a proven track record of success in the industry, we want to hear from you!

This is an Indoor Sales Representative position without Sales Target. If you have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as well as a positive attitude we are looking for you! Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, actively listening to Customer requirements, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information to position our offerings effectively.
Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
Work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
