Telesales Executive

We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Female Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and exceptional communication skills to effectively contact and engage with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients to promote and sell company products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Identify potential leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Maintain an accurate database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

Gender: Female (preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, telemarketing, or a related field (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
