Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at our Retail FMCG Outlet. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. After selection process concludes, working places will be; Johar Town Lahore, Dolmen Mall DHA 6 Lahore, Gold Crest Mall Lahore, Pine Avenue Valencia, Hussain Chowk Lahore, Wapda Town Lahore

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to meet customer needs.

2. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by promoting products, offering promotions, and upselling/cross-selling.

3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

4. Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

5. Work Collaboratively: Work with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service.

6. Participate in Training: Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements

1. Education: Matric at least.

2. Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
