We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team. For developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience, drive sales, and reinforce our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Visual Merchandising Strategies: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and reinforce our brand identity.
2. Design and Plan Store Displays: Design and plan store displays, including window displays, in-store displays, and point-of-purchase displays.
3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Store Operations, to ensure that visual merchandising strategies align with business objectives.
4. Develop and Maintain Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines for visual merchandising, including standards for store displays, signage, and packaging.
5. Conduct Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are being met and to identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, design, or a related field is required.
2. 3+ Years of Experience in Visual Merchandising: At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
3. Strong Design and Creative Skills: Strong design and creative skills, with the ability to develop visually appealing and effective store displays.
4. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Ability to Travel: Ability to travel to stores and other locations as required.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with Design Software: Experience with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or AutoCAD.
2. Knowledge of Brand Guidelines and Style: Knowledge of brand guidelines and style, with the ability to ensure that visual merchandising strategies align with our brand identity.
3. Familiarity with Retail Operations: Familiarity with retail operations, including store layouts, fixtures, and equipment.
