We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only handle customer queries and complaints but also excel in sales by identifying customer needs and suggesting the right products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle order-related queries, provide accurate product information, and manage follow-ups.
- Act as a sales representative by upselling and cross-selling products where appropriate.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Update customer records and complaints in our system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support or sales (experience in eCommerce will be a plus).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu (or the preferred languages of your customer base).
- Familiarity with handling inquiries on social media platforms and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools or learning new software quickly.
