We are seeking a motivated and dynamic female telesales representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services, while contributing to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce products and services
- Provide accurate information to clients and address inquiries
- Maintain and update customer records in the database
- Achieve sales targets and objectives on a regular basis
- Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Work with the sales team to create effective strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent listening skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to speak fluently in English and Urdu
- Female candidates only
- Residents of Lahore or nearby areas preferred
