We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating leads through various social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written content) across social media platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Oversee the design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, etc.).
  • Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in English.
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
  • Real estate experience is a must.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social media advertising, especially on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and sales through social media.
