The candidate should have BBA/MBA (HR) and must have 1 - 2 year in HR field.

Performing the following:

  • Collection of data and prepare recruitment data base accordingly.
  • Short listing the resumes, arrangement of interviews.
  • Prepare all documents regarding recruitment and selection.
  • Prepare job description of management staff.
  • Maintain attendance record & leave record.
  • Employee personal record management.
  • Compensation and benefits administration and record keeping
  • Drafting out annual increment Letter and promotion Letter
  • Proposes year-end salary increment to management.
  • Prepare and verify salaries of head office staff and site office staff.
  • Look after the grievance matters of Management and Non- Management staff
  • Prepare final settlements of employees.
  • Maintain coordination and effective communication between employer and employee.

Requirements:

Education: MBA/BBA (HR)
