We specialize in providing comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design solutions for high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and residential projects in Dubai. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our team. If you have a strong background in MEP drafting and are familiar with Dubai's regulations and standards, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics based on project requirements.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant local and international standards, regulations, and codes, specifically those of Dubai.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and refine MEP systems.
- Review and modify designs as necessary to meet project specifications and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in MEP drafting.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports related to MEP design and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP drafting, preferably with experience in Dubai projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of Dubai MEP standards, regulations, and codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with high-rise building projects in Dubai.
- Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
- Professional certifications or memberships in relevant organizations.
