The Director of Allied Hospitals is responsible for strategic and operational leadership and ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining financial stability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The Director will also oversee the development and execution of initiatives to improve healthcare services and enhance patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision and operational goals for allied hospitals in alignment with the Trust’s mission and objectives.
  • Drive collaborative initiatives to enhance inter-hospital cooperation and resource optimization.
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community leaders, and governing bodies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • MBBS / MSPH / MBA or equivalent with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in a leading role in the healthcare industry or Chartered Accountant with administration experience preferably in a healthcare setup.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation processes.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and tools.
