Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC components to ensure reliable operation and prevent system failures.
- Address emergencies promptly, especially in critical areas such as operating rooms, labs, and patient wards.
- Monitor HVAC performance and ensure compliance with hospital safety and environmental standards,
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs for regulatory compliance and operational tracking.
- Work closely with other maintenance staff, engineers, and clinical teams to coordinate and prioritize HVAC-related tasks.
