Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and handle specimens, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to established protocols.
Perform clinical laboratory tests, including chemical analyses of body fluids, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring they function accurately and efficiently.
Conduct quality control procedures to verify the accuracy and reliability of test results, adhering to safety and infection control standards.
Analyze test results, document findings, and report them to the Pathologist.
Ensure all laboratory activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
Proficiency in laboratory techniques, equipment operation, and familiarity with laboratory information systems.
Strong analytical skills to ensure accurate test results.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and documenting findings.
