Responsibilities:
- In coordination with the senior management, responsible for overall planning of facilities, equipment, and manpower to operate the plant.
- Consistently meet production schedules ensuring timely shipment of products
- Provides overall leadership duties to the Operations group at the facility.
- Ready to work with Senior Leadership to set the goals and objectives of the facility and implements plans to meet those goals and objectives.
- Responsible for maintaining all equipment and assets in good operational order.
- Consistently communicates with direct reports to ensure that Corporate and facility goals and objectives are being followed and met.
- Assists in the determination of future equipment needs or improvements and makes recommendations for the justification of capital expenditures for equipment, buildings, etc.
- Establishes effective means of control to achieve objectives of the Facilities.
Qualification:
- Qualified Mechanical Engineer

- 3-5 years Management / Production Experience of Engineering Industry
