We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketer to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to secure appointments or sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Salesforce
- Provide information about products and services in a clear and professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Utilize telemarketing software efficiently to manage call lists and track outcomes
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
