The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, edit, and review correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  •  Organize and maintain the CEO’s files, records, and other documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including board meetings and executive team meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with all necessary materials and information.
  • Plan and organize the CEO’s travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel-related logistics are efficiently managed.
  • raft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external parties.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings or events when required.

  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
