Graphic Designer

Turkplast Alif Industry is a leading manufacturing company in the building material industry based in Raiwind. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our brand's online presence.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who possesses expertise in creating visually captivating social media designs. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator), CorelDRAW, and have a comprehensive understanding of printing processes. Additionally, basic knowledge of 3D design to bring ideas to life and a basic understanding of photography will be valuable assets. The candidate should be an energetic team player who can create conceptual designs by thoroughly understanding project briefs. A relevant design degree and a minimum of five years of field experience are required for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing social media designs that align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Create captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Design eye-catching banners, infographics, icons, and other graphical elements for online campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
- Ensure all designs are optimised for different devices and platforms while maintaining a consistent visual identity across channels.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CorelDRAW, and other relevant software to create and edit designs.
- Apply knowledge of printing processes to create print-ready designs and collaborate with the print team when required.
- Utilise basic 3D design skills to transform ideas into realistic visual representations.
- Apply basic photography skills when needed for content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
- Collaborate with team members during brainstorming sessions, contributing unique ideas and solutions.
- Maintain organised file management, ensuring easy access and retrieval of design assets.
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CorelDRAW, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of printing processes and specifications to create print-ready designs.
- Basic knowledge of 3D design to bring ideas to life is preferred.
- Familiarity with photography fundamentals is a plus.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of social media designs, including examples of online campaigns, advertisements, and brand visual identities.
- Excellent creativity, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
