We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeler & Interior CAD Designer for a 6-month short-term assignment. The contract may lead to permanent post. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating detailed 3D models of buildings and expertise in interior design, focusing on elements like crown molding, tray ceilings, bathroom designs, and other architectural details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create precise 3D models of buildings using advanced CAD software.
Develop and enhance interior design layouts, including but not limited to:
- Crown molding
- Tray ceilings
- Bathroom designs and fixtures
- Collaborate closely with the client to ensure all interior elements align with the structural framework.
- Revise and adjust designs based on client feedback to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Deliver high-quality renderings and models within project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in 3D modeling and CAD design.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, especially of buildings and interior spaces.
- Excellent understanding of interior design concepts, including materials, finishes, and lighting.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
