This is a full-time role for an International Sales and Marketing Intern at Alpha Estimation. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Interns to join our dynamic company. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, introducing them to our services, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Effectively communicate our services and value proposition to prospective customers.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively communicate our unique offerings.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with technology and using CRM software.
- Availability to work night shifts (specific hours to be discussed).
- Knowledge of construction industry practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
