Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients identified through various sources.
- Introduce our event management services and articulate the benefits tailored to each prospect's needs.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover potential event opportunities and understand client requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and accurately record all lead details in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all client interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.
