Job Duties:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Collaborate with management to address and resolve employee issues.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Managing in house health insurance
Implement and manage travel policies and procedures.
Monitor and control travel expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
Collaborate with employees and travel agencies to arrange cost-effective and efficient travel.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee Information in electronic and digital format.
Other task assigned by manager

Requirements:

BBA (hons) with HR specialization
Min 2 years of experience.
