We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Supervisor to join our telecommunications team. As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets by expanding business opportunities with our key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Identify new business opportunities within key accounts, upselling and cross-selling our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of solutions to key accounts
  • Monitor and analyze key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth
  • Prepare and present performance reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competitors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
