We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in the fast-paced telecommunications industry. As a Recruiter, you will play an essential role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for further evaluation
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, reference checks, and background screenings
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary packages

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment strategies, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting recruitment goals
