Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Generate quotations and invoices promptly and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist in lead generation activities, including researching prospects and updating CRM systems.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
  • Utilize Xero and Salesforce platforms to streamline administrative processes (bonus skills).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work late business hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Xero and Salesforce CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Capability to adapt and learn new software systems quickly.
