- Conduct daily field visits, including UC-level, streets, and neighborhoods, to monitor the effectiveness of ground-level work.
- Assess cleanliness standards of roadsides, plots, and other public spaces to evaluate overall Tehsil cleanliness levels.
- Survey door-to-door and commercial areas to gather public feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of field operations.
- Assess and monitor the effective utilization of resources like Human Resources, Vehicles, machinery, Transfer Stations, and other assets and consumables.
- Inspection of activities performed at Dumpsites including RFID, weighing, and optimal disposal of solid waste.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs by taking actions against non-compliance and addressing major issues within the field staff.
- Prepare regular reports for all the stakeholders containing pictorial-based evidence against each activity.
- Document project successes, challenges, and lessons learned and assist in evaluating future SWM initiatives.
- Regular training of field staff to conduct effective Solid Waste Management Practices in the field.
- Any other assignment given by the Top Management.
