- Monitor real-time data from the VTMS to ensure efficient vehicle deployment and route optimization.
- Ensure accuracy of data collected from the tracking system, including vehicle location, speed, and operational status.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, maintenance schedules, and any anomalies reported by the VTMS.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on vehicle performance, utilization, and system issues to management.
- Assist in the operation and troubleshooting of the VTMS, including software and hardware components.
- Respond to and resolve any technical issues related to the tracking system or vehicle equipment.
- Coordinate with the waste management team to ensure vehicles are deployed according to scheduled routes and operational needs.
- Liaise with drivers and maintenance teams to address any issues or changes in vehicle operations.
- Assist with routine maintenance of the VTMS and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure that the VTMS operations comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Implement measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of tracking data.
- Monitoring VTMS data on daily basis to tackle vehicle movement and ensure compliance level with assigned routes & operational plan of every vehicle & activity.
- Generating reports on fleet performance, including coverage of designated areas & adherence to operational plan as per pre-defined KPI targets on daily basis.
- Report & rectify any deviation & discrepancy in fleet office operations team by maintaining & updating VTMS records for targeted fleet management efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
