ARCLINK is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team through our esteemed Future Leaders Programme. In this role, you will lead a dynamic sales team, oversee the selling of property units, and ensure exceptional client interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants & Investment Advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Oversee client interactions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and delivering outstanding demonstrations and deal closures.
- Monitor and support team performance to meet daily KPIs (calls/meetings).
- Generate and manage leads, drive sales efforts, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members, enhancing their sales techniques and client engagement skills.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial and tax regulations to guide the team effectively and ensure compliance.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to support long-term business success.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong coaching abilities with experience in developing and guiding a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and tax matters related to the industry.
