Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Oversee and guide a team comprising Sales Consultants, Investment Advisors, and Sales Managers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages excellence and innovation.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Arclink’s goals and market trends. Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market conditions.
Team Development: Provide advanced coaching and mentorship to team members. Identify training needs and facilitate professional development to enhance team performance and skills.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze individual and team performance, setting ambitious targets and implementing corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed KPIs.
Client Relations: Maintain and nurture key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing complex client needs and inquiries.
Financial Oversight: Utilize advanced knowledge of financial and tax regulations to oversee sales operations and ensure compliance. Manage budgets and financial forecasts effectively.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
