We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Audit / Assurance to join our team

.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and assurance services, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the latest accounting and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit and assurance projects, including financial statement audits, internal audits, and special audits
  • Supervise and mentor a team of junior auditors and provide on-the-job training and guidance as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide high-quality services
  • Plan and execute audits in accordance with relevant auditing standards, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest accounting and financial reporting standards and regulations, and ensure that the team is aware of any changes that may impact audit work
  • Ensure that all audit work is performed in accordance with the highest ethical and professional standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations of audit findings and recommendations

Requirements:-

  • CA / ACCA / ACMA Qualified
  • At least 3 years of experience in audit and assurance services, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
