Dispatch Executive - Trucking Dispatch

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Dispatch Executive at Aristo Technologies in Bahawalpur. The role entails coordinating trucking logistics, liaising with drivers and customers, managing dispatch schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries. The position demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily trucking logistics.
Liaise effectively with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Manage and optimize dispatch schedules for timely deliveries.
Resolve any issues that may arise during the dispatch process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch operations.

Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills.
6 Months to 1 Year Experience in Dispatch operations.
Knowledge of trucking logistics and dispatch software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
Previous experience in the trucking industry is required.
An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
