Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our business operations and drive lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, proactive, and experienced in outreach, prospecting, and general administrative support.

Lead Generation & Outreach

Research and identify potential clients or business opportunities
Manage and update CRM with new leads and interactions
Craft and send outreach emails/messages (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
Qualify leads based on defined criteria
Monitor and track lead conversion metrics

Administrative Support

Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Organize email inboxes and respond to routine messages
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Assist with travel planning, online orders, and file organization
Social Media & Marketing Support
Help with social media scheduling and basic engagement
Assist in preparing newsletters and marketing emails
Conduct research for blog or content ideas

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant and in lead generation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), LinkedIn, and email automation platforms
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervisioFamiliarity with email marketing software (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Understanding of sales funnels and B2B/B2C outreach strategies
