We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on identifying and engaging top technical talent. You’ll collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and innovative outreach strategies.
  • Conduct technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience and uphold the company's employer brand.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminologies (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing tools is a plus.
