Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on identifying and engaging top technical talent. You’ll collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and innovative outreach strategies.
Conduct technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
Promote a positive candidate experience and uphold the company's employer brand.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Strong understanding of technical roles and terminologies (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing tools is a plus.
