Monitor daily cash positions and manage short-term funding needs.
Develop and execute cash management strategies to optimize liquidity.
Ensure the effective use of available cash while maintaining adequate liquidity.
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure optimal banking services and cost-effective financial products.
Negotiate terms and manage treasury agreements, including credit lines, loan facilities, and foreign exchange contracts.
Manage the company’s debt portfolio and financing arrangements, including term loans, credit facilities, and bonds.
Develop strategies to optimize the cost of capital and maintain an appropriate debt structure.
Monitor and report on the company’s capital structure and financial leverage.
Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and financial reports for senior management.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of treasury activities and financial metrics.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to cash, liquidity, and funding.
Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Participate in audits and reviews related to treasury activities.
