We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes and procedures to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control Planning: Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

2. Inspection and Testing: Oversee the inspection and testing of products to ensure that they meet quality and safety standards.

3. Defect Identification and Correction: Identify and correct defects in products, processes, and systems, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

4. Quality Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track quality metrics, such as defect rates, customer satisfaction, and supplier performance, and provide regular reports to management.

5. Supplier Management: Manage and evaluate suppliers to ensure that they meet quality and reliability standards.

6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.

7. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to quality control staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that quality control processes and procedures comply with regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001, FDA, and OSHA.

9. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer complaints and feedback are addressed in a timely and effective manner, and that customer satisfaction is continuously improved.

10. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage quality control budgets and costs to ensure that they are aligned with business objectives and are optimized for efficiency.
