Function: Operations
Role Summary/Purpose
Primary responsibilities: Order fulfillment, Inventory management & Operations Management.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Work with Supply chain team for order booking and order fulfillment.
2. Coordinate with sourcing, suppliers, and modality team on issuance of purchase orders for locally sourced items.
3. Follow supply Chain processes for on time delivery.
4. Ensure timely fulfilment of locally sourced items.
5. Coordinating with Project management on project execution.
6. Maintain and process documentation.
7. Updating SAP for all transactions.
8. Data Entry & tracking.
9. Organizing transportation activities for Inbound & Outbound movement.
10. To follow up and coordinate with Finance department on payments in timely manner.
11. Interdepartmental support to Logistics, Finance, Commercial & Commercial Operations in day-to-day operations.
12. Coordination with suppliers: Transportation, Warehouse and other Service providers
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Graduate in Business Administration with 4 -5 years’ experience.
2. Excellent excel skills.
3. Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system.
4. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple task.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (written and oral)
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
