We are looking for a Male Accountant. Candidate must have General Accounting Concepts and have experience of Manufacturing & Store Accounting in a computerized environment.
- Book Keeping
- Data Entry
- Preparation of payment and receipt vouchers
- Verification of control documents like Purchase Orders, GRN, Stock requisitions.
- Must have knowledge of Internal Controls for Procurement and Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Coordination with vendors and customers for reconciliation purposes
- Must have knowledge of Accounting Software (ERP)
- Coordination with other internal departments
- Preparation of GRN / MRN on receipt of raw material in store
- Physical stock taking periodically
- Handling of Petty Cash / Imprest and preparation of Cash Payment & Receipt vouchers timely
- Participate in monthly disbursement of salaries and wages to the site staff & labor
- Visit to bank for banking transactions
- Good communication skills
- Any other task assigned from time to time
- The candidate should be a team player
Cold storage experience will be highly preferred
