- Ensure to Update, Implement & compliance on HR policies and procedures
- To foster a positive work culture and to promote a productive workplace
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company
- Collaborate with department/section heads to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Draft HR letters, emails & execution of other means of correspondence
- To coordinate, archive and update all data / information from other sections and ensure proper availability of details in establishment Coordination
- To administer and manage HRMS and ensure flawless working of HR software at all times
- Coordinate and provide all supportive information including data formats, records and any information for compliance and execution of smooth HR operations at all levels
- Ensure updation of database of daily mails (received/sent), documentation and all official correspondences through subordinates
- To perform data analysis, generating reports & comparisons as & when required
- Ensure data / information safety through proper data backup
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
