Position Title: Head Administration
Grade: VP II – SVP II
Key Responsibilities:
- A hard-core administration professional from the banking sector with expertise in Lease Management, Procurement & Premises Development.
- Related experience of Event Management, Travel Desk and Insurance Coverages of Bank’s Assets / Products.
- The sensitivity of the post and its responsibilities demand a well-trained and experienced individual.
- The role requires good understanding of banking regulations related to general services, policies, SOPs, and payment models.
- Only experienced individuals with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the following fields should apply:
- Excellent communication, and negotiation skills with specific knowledge of lease management and real estate sector.
- Banking administration expertise and dealing with verity of payments (Opex & Capex) in line with the bank policies, SOPs and processes.
- Sufficient experience in premises development particularly w.r.t banking industry requirements.
- Sufficient experience in procurement of IT & Non-IT equipment & services related to the banking industry.
- Dealing with internal/external agencies.
- Sufficient experience in dealing with banking regulations, audit matters (internal/external / SBP audit) and compliance.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience.
Academic/ Professional Qualification: Minimum Bachelors/ preferably Master’s degree from a recognized institute / reputable institution.
