Up-to-date· Organize and maintain personnel records of Employees.

  •  Develop training, onboarding, and offboarding material.
  •  Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  •  Manage the process of recruiting New Staff in Aslam Energy.
  •  Update and maintain internal databases like JDs and organogram of the company.
  •  Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  •  Up to-date record of employees in software. (HR module)
  •  Coordinate with HRIS service provider for sort out any ambiguity in development.
  •  Updating and implantation of existing company policies.
  •  Keep the record of Employees attendance and leaves of Aslam Energy Private Limited.
  •  Making and disbursing monthly salaries of all AEPL employees of Head Office, Gujranwala Terminal, Tl’s Drivers and Petrol Pump sites.
  •  Liaise with Banks for new payroll Accounts of employees.
  •  Answer employees’ queries about HR and Admin-related issues.
