We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to assist in overseeing our food industry establishment. This role supports the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and managing operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food service sector.

Responsibilities: Operational Support:

Assist in managing daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to implement operational procedures.

Team Leadership & Development:

Help supervise and motivate restaurant staff, ensuring teamwork and high performance.
Support training initiatives and provide feedback for employee development.

Customer Satisfaction:

Assist in maintaining excellent customer service and promptly resolving any issues.

Administrative & Financial Support:

Help monitor inventory, control costs, and contribute to financial reporting.
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and ensuring compliance with operational policies.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the food industry.
A background in hospitality, food industry, or related fields is an advantage.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Graduation, preferably in Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field related to food operations.
Proven track record of managing *restaurant operations or food service outlets.
